Organization charter
How FuzzStar runs, who counts as a group member and who counts as staff, and what rights and duties come with it.
Chapter I — General Provisions
Article 1The organization is named FuzzStar, a non-profit interest group made up primarily of furry culture enthusiasts in China.
Article 2Its mission is to bring furry culture fans together, encourage creative exchange and content production, and provide group members and staff with a friendly, stable community environment.
Article 3The organization is not for profit, and must not be used as a name for any illegal or non-compliant activity.
Chapter II — Membership
Article 4Joining a community group makes you a member of that group. Members of those groups who agree with this charter and are willing to follow the community rules may apply to become staff (org members).
Article 5How to join the org: group members apply to the mod team, submit what the mod team asks for, and become staff (org members) once the review is approved.
Article 6Staff are grouped by how they take part: the mod team and the creators. The mod team handles day-to-day operations and decisions.
Chapter III — Rights of Staff
Article 7The right to take part in events and projects organized by the group, and to use the community resources it provides.
Article 8The right to share opinions and suggestions about the group's work and to take part in discussions that affect staff.
Article 9The right to oversee the mod team's work and to appeal decisions that concern oneself.
Article 10Members retain authorship and copyright over their own works and OCs; others may not repost or use them without permission.
Chapter IV — Community Obligations
Article 11Follow this charter and all rules of the community groups.
Article 12Respect other members: no personal attacks, no flame wars, no harassment.
Article 13Respect others' creations and copyrights; do not repost, misuse, or republish without the original author's permission.
Article 14Help maintain community order and report rule-breaking behavior to the mod team in a timely manner.
Chapter V — Structure
Article 15The mod team is the group's executive body, made up of the founders and approved staff.
Article 16The mod team divides work internally across content, community, and events; exact roles are agreed within the team.
Article 17Important matters affecting staff's shared interests should first be opened for community feedback, then decided by the mod team.
Chapter VI — Discipline
Article 18Group members who violate the charter or community rules may, depending on severity, receive a warning, a suspension of privileges, or removal from the community.
Article 19A group member who objects to a decision may appeal to the mod team after being notified, and the mod team shall respond.
Article 20Anyone using the organization's name for illegal activities or private profit shall be removed from the group.
Chapter VII — Supplementary Provisions
Article 21The right to interpret this charter belongs to the mod team.
Article 22Amendments must be discussed and passed by the mod team, and take effect after being announced to the community.
Article 23This charter takes effect on the date of publication.
